Madhya Pradesh Top Engineering College 2013

Top engineering colleges in Madhya Pradesh according to the grades of AAAA, AAA+, AAA, AA+, AA, A+, A and A-. The rating has given rise to the list of 3217 engineering colleges out of approximately 3600 engineering colleges in India.
With over 225 institutions, the state  has a very well-defined presence in technical education. While the old school public sector institutions dominate the proceedings a new breed of private sector players like Amity, Jaypee, ITM and RKDF are coming up in  big way. While the ABV IIIT  and the new IIT at Indore have provided the state with the presence in the brand IIT/IIIT bandwagon, the old state players like SGITS and IET Indore continue to dominate. The fact that the  state has contributed to the engineering schools kitty in a big way is proven by the sizable number of institutions in the ‘A+ category. Nearly half of the engineering schools have just average quality, which means the regulators have a tough job ahead to bring them on par with the good ones in the state.
