MTU Noida now agree to conduct special carry over paper like previous year.
MTU will soon announced special carry over paper date schedule.
This year GBTU was conducting special carry paper. But MTU is not
agree for this.
Those student who status fail and have year back are daily forced MTU
by stricke and another way to conduct special carry over paper.
Now MTU agree to conduct special carry over paper.
